  1. Damaged/ Defective items must be returned in the original condition they were received in with all the accompanying accessories.
  2. Items that you no longer need must be returned in new and unopened condition with all the original packing, tags, inbox literature, warranty/ guarantee card, freebies and accessories.
  3. For damaged / defective products, replacement will be offered by us, if the issue is reported within 7 business days. Replacement may be offered for the same product or you shall choose any other product from our website. (Charges may be applicable in case if the price of the alternate product chosen by you is different).
  4. For products where the color or size of the product is not meeting your expectations, the products should be returned as it is along with the tags and labels intact.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Go to the Orders
  2. Find the order you want to return, and click Return an item from this order. Select items you want to return.
  3. Select an option from the Reason for return menu. You can add any additional information in the Comments box.
  4. Click Submit for Approval.

After submitting the return, our executive will call you and confirm about your return. Then our courier team will come, check it and pick the order. After we receive back the item, we will check it and refund your full amount.
